Cancellation policy

For bookings of 1 or 2 cottages, cancellations must be made 5 days prior to check-in date. If cancellations are made after this time, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

For group bookings of 3 or more cottages, cancellations must be made 10 days prior to check-in date. If cancellations are made after this time, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

General policy

Check-in is between 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM.

Smoking inside the cottage is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise down during those hours.

If you book two or more cottages, please don’t transfer furniture, cookware or tableware between the cottages. If you do, please bring it back to the original cottage before checkout.

Final cleaning is included in the price. However, we do expect guests to leave the kitchenette reasonably clean and tidy. If you use the kitchen to cook food, please wash the cookware and tableware after use.

Parking a big bus on the property is not allowed, as it would block the view of other guests.

In the unlikely event of damage to the cottage or an item within it, we reserve the right to make a charge for repairs.
